Though the Good Times Sound System ruled London's riotous Notting Hill Carnival for over a decade, they made less of an impression on electronica fans. To the rescue ride the dance aficionados at Nuphonic, who financed this precious two-disc set of material from master mixers Joey and Norman Jay.
