Pizzicato Five - Remixes 2000

Tracks from Pizzicato Five Tm and the Darlin' Of Discotheque EP get the remix treatment from a group of recent Japanese DJs and musicians, a majority of them from Konishi's label. Mansfield's remix of "One Two Three Four Five Six Seven Eight Nine Ten Barbie Dolls" adds some super kitsch swing to the proceedings, while Cubismo Grafico turns "Tout Tout Pour Ma Cherie" into a pop-metal song circa 1979. Konishi adds his own mix, a "Groove Room Suite" that combines "Love Again" with a Mieko Hirota-sung "Darlin' of Discotheque."
