So the Summer games are coming up in a week and I'm really not that jacked about it. I planned on catching the USA Basketball games and maybe that Phelps kid going for the most medals of all time, but other than that...meh.

That's all until this spry girl full of bouncy energy came across my desk this morning in the form of the video below. I've never really paid attention to women's hurdling and I honestly thought that the below was a joke and not a real race, I mean she's smiling, dancing and gyrating at the starting line(over, and over, and over again), and between you and me looks quite lovely doing that.

So Michelle, tonights Friday night beer will be raised to you and I will be cheering you on at the Games. You go girl.
