San Francisco noise-pop combo
Henry's Dress comprised singers/guitarists/drummers
Amy Linton and Matt Hartman in tandem with bassist Hayyim. Originating in Albuquerque, NM, the trio relocated to the Bay Area following
Linton's acceptance to the San Francisco Art Institute; concurrently, Slumberland Records agreed to release the band's debut single, "1620." A split single with the legendary
Tiger Trap followed, and in 1995
Henry's Dress returned with a self-titled ten-inch EP; in the wake of the much-acclaimed full-length
Bust 'Em Green, the trio toured with Rocketship, then disbanded.
Linton later formed the Aisler's Set, while Hayyim recorded as Uakachaka Guitah.
